About the event
This class will be a gentle vinyasa flow designed for all levels. Brittany will focus on a hip opening theme accompanied by breathework. Nadi shodina breath specifcally. Come unwind and reset with us outdoors on a beautiful patio at Hummus Republic Palm & Nees location. Please arrive early for set up so class may begin on time.
