Join us as we gather under the sturgeon supermoon to reflect on our year and release the intense energy of summer. There will be yoga, sound, and ceremony. This event is donation based. Pay what you can and please know no one shall be excluded due to payment.

About the event
This women's circle will move through a sunset yoga flow and crystal bowl sound bath led by Brittany. Afterward we will chant, journal, and move through a full moon ceremony together. The full moon represents abundance, fertility, and transformation. Each month this is a powerful time to check in with ones self. This month specifically is called the Sturgeon Moon and will be the first of two super moons in August!
We will reflect on old aspects of self and old patterns (inner sea monsters if you will). As emotions intensify and build nearing the full moon and end of summer this will be a powerful time to release all of the energy we have culminated this summer season. Let us use this time to prepare the body and spirit for the cooler weather and slower energies of fall. Come reflect and release with us this August 1st. We will…
